Position Overview
- RecruitGo is looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to manage distributor relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure effective execution of trade activities across multiple channels including Food Service (FS), General Trade (GT), and Modern Trade (MT).
The ideal candidate will combine strong sales leadership, analytical skills, and field engagement to achieve sales targets, optimize distribution, and enhance market presence. This role involves coordinating with distributor teams, monitoring sales performance, executing trade marketing initiatives, and providing actionable market insights.
Responsibilities
1. Sales & Distribution Management
Monitor distributor performance to ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are met
Review stock movement and order forecasts to maintain product availability
Track distributor sell-in and sell-out data to identify gaps and opportunities
Coordinate with distributor sales teams to meet numeric and weighted distribution targets
2. Route-to-Market (RTM) Execution
Implement and monitor RTM strategies for FS, GT, and MT channels
Evaluate coverage, outlet penetration, and distribution effectiveness
Optimize territory mapping and route planning for distributor sales staff
3. Trade Marketing & Execution
Oversee in-store merchandising, promotions, and visibility materials
Ensure BTL activities (sampling, displays, price-offs) are executed per plan
Gather competitor intelligence on pricing, promotions, and new product launches
4. Business Reporting & Analysis
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports on sales, distribution, and promotions
Analyze trends and recommend corrective actions for underperforming areas
Provide market feedback and insights to Marketing and Supply Chain teams
5. Distributor & Team Management
Serve as the principal contact point for distributors
Conduct monthly business reviews with distributor owners and sales supervisors
Train and coach distributor sales representatives on product knowledge and execution
6. Compliance & Administration
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and trade spending controls
Monitor distributor claims, returns, and trade investments to prevent misuse
Support internal audits and documentation as required
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree (any major)
Experience: 2–5 years in sales or supervisory roles (preferably in FMCG, distribution, or retail)
Skills:
Strong sales principles, strategy, and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management
Sales planning, target setting, and performance tracking
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer engagement and fieldwork experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Traits: Proactive, goal-oriented, results-driven, able to work under pressure, willing to travel
Preferred: Own a vehicle to facilitate field visits

- Salary: Php 35,000
- Work Set up: Hybrid: 2 days in-office and 3 days onsite at our Global Pacific office in Ortigas [3rd Floor, Millennium Place Building, Meralco Ave., Ortigas Center, Pasig City 1605, Metro Manila]
- Work Schedule: 8hrs work + 1hr break (09.00 - 18.00, break 12.00 - 13.00)
