Position Overview:
RecruitGo is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Tender Support Manager with procurement background and who knows how to deal with direct/indirect supplier sourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze tenders posted on the platform and identify suitable suppliers.
  • Reach out to potential suppliers and onboard them for tender participation.
  • Guide suppliers through registration and bid submission.
  • Monitor suppliers’ progress to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
  • Gather and report supplier feedback to improve the tender process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English business communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Experience in B2B services, procurement, or electronic trading platforms is a plus.
  • Strong internet research skills and ability to find relevant supplier information.
  • Comfortable with telephone outreach to suppliers.

  • Salary range: IDR 18.000.000 - 20.000.000 for Manager lever & IDR 25.000.000 - 27.000.000 for Head Level
