Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Representative to support our growth by driving high-quality prospect engagement. In this role, you will connect with dental practices through high-volume outreach, introduce solutions professionally, and generate qualified demo appointments for our sales team. You will also play a key part in nurturing warm leads, identifying decision-makers, and maintaining accurate call records, all while contributing valuable insights to help refine our outreach strategy and improve overall effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to dental practices.
- Book qualified demo appointments for the sales team using defined criteria.
- Follow outreach scripts and adapt messaging as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and follow-ups.
- Nurture warm leads from events, email lists, and previous inquiries.
- Quickly identify decision-makers within each practice and secure appointments.
- Provide feedback on common objections and market insights to help refine scripts and targeting.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversations, and booked demos.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in outbound calling or sales development.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and practice managers.
- Strong communication skills and clear spoken English.
- Confidence in controlling conversations and guiding them toward a booking.
- Ability to follow structured scripts and systems.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace for remote calling.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Goal-focused mindset with commitment to meeting activity and booking targets.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience speaking with healthcare professionals.
- Background in SaaS sales or similar subscription-based products.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
- Understanding of dental workflows and practice structure.
- Ability to identify buying signals and navigate objections smoothly.
- Positive, energetic approach to outreach and lead generation.
