Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking a skilled Accountant (Australian experienced) who will work closely with the AU SaaS company related to dental and payroll services.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to support a cloud-based payroll platform designed for dental practices. The position involves assisting with customer onboarding, providing ongoing support, and ensuring a smooth transition from existing processes to the new system. This includes responding to client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, triaging calls, and collaborating closely with internal technical teams to resolve concerns efficiently.

In addition, the role will provide accounting support to a dental group of clinics. This includes working alongside an external accounting firm to assist with financial forecasting, cash flow projections, audits, and analysis of key business KPIs across the group. Training will be provided, particularly in relation to dental-specific applications and systems.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (Australian experience)  2–3 years

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Confident communicating directly with Australian customers

• Have formal training or hands-on experience with Australian accounting standards

• With knowledge of GST, PAYG Withholding

• Proficient Xero knowledge or proven working experience

• Clear, professional phone manner

• Amenable to work Australian times – 8.30am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
