Position Overview

We are seeking a Bookkeeper with Australian experience to support an Australian-based SaaS client operating in the dental and payroll solutions space. This is a client-facing role focused on customer onboarding, system support, and bookkeeping assistance for dental clinics transitioning to a cloud-based payroll platform.

Training will be provided on industry-specific systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and implementation of a cloud-based payroll system for dental clinics

• Understand clients’ existing processes and guide them through system migration

• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and triage support calls

• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve platform-related concerns

• Provide bookkeeping support in line with Australian accounting standards
  

Qualifications

• Bookkeeper with 2+ years of Australian experience (Australian accounting / tax experience)

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Confident communicating directly with Australian customers

• Clear, professional phone manner

• Working knowledge of Australian accounting standards, GST, and PAYG Withholding

• Xero knowledge or proven hands-on experience

• Amenable to working Australian business hours (8:30 AM–6:00 PM AEDST, Monday–Friday)
