Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (general) to drive outbound prospecting efforts for our U.S. sales team. This role will focus on researching and engaging key decision-makers in the construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors, generating qualified leads, and supporting pipeline growth. The SDR will play a critical role in enhancing market awareness and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Responsibilities
Role Overview
The SDR will generate qualified outbound opportunities for our U.S. sales organization. You will research target accounts, identify key stakeholders, and initiate first contact through calls, email, and LinkedIn. This role is essential to building a pipeline, creating market awareness, and supporting revenue growth across construction, energy, and critical-infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound prospecting into U.S.-based construction, energy, and infrastructure companies
Identify decision-makers and generate qualified meetings for Account Executives
Execute structured outreach sequences (email, calling, messaging) with discipline
Maintain accurate data and activity tracking within Salesforce
Understand and clearly articulate the value of technology
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outbound strategy
Achieve weekly and monthly targets for activities, conversions, and meetings booked
Qualifications
2-5 years of B2B SDR/inside sales experience preferred
Excellent English communication skills suitable for phone & video interaction with U.S. clients
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a strong plus)
Strong research skills and ability to identify key contacts within complex organizations
Highly organized, resilient, competitive, and goal-oriented

Salary Range: PHP 56,000 - PHP 78,400
Work Schedule: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Mon - Fri
Work Setup: Onsite at Chino Roces Ave, Legazpi Village, Makati City, Metro Manila
