Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Medical Systems Specialist to manage and support healthcare and medical information systems. The role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of medical data, performing system updates and configurations, and collaborating with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in meeting operational and reporting requirements.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of healthcare and medical data.

• Manage and support multiple Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

• Perform basic system configuration, updates, and maintenance to support clinical and operational workflows.

• Manipulate, analyze, and structure medical data for reporting and operational purposes.

• Quickly adapt to new healthcare platforms and medical systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

• Medical or Allied Health background (e.g., Nursing, Medical Technology, or other healthcare-related courses).

• 4 years of experience in healthcare or medical data management.

• Hands-on experience with at least three (3) Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

• Ability to quickly learn, adjust, and navigate new hospital or medical systems.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain strict medical data confidentiality.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data manipulation, and analysis.

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience working with international clients.
