Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled Medical Systems Specialist to manage and support healthcare and medical information systems. The role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of medical data, performing system updates and configurations, and collaborating with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and support international clients to meet operational and reporting needs.

• Maintain and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of healthcare and medical data.

• Manage, configure, and support multiple healthcare information systems (experience with 3+ systems required).

• Perform system configuration, routine updates, and maintenance to support clinical and operational workflows.

• Manipulate, analyze, and structure medical data to support operations and reporting.

• Work across and adapt to different healthcare platforms and systems.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in healthcare or medical data management.

• Proven experience working with 3 or more healthcare systems.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain data confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international clients.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with multiple healthcare platforms is preferred.

• Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience working with international clients.
