Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Assistant to support our daily sales operations. The primary objective of this role is to ensure seamless coordination between sales representatives, internal departments, and customers. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end documentation process—from quotations to invoices—while maintaining high standards of customer service and administrative accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales representative in handling daily sales operations and customer inquiries

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation

• Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments

• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases

• Perform other administrative tasks related to sales operations

Qualifications

• At least 5 years sales assistance experience

• Has good command of spoken and written English

• Experience with Zoho Books Software is a plus
