Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly communicative Lead Qualifier to manage and qualify incoming leads for the Resort & Residences project, an international real estate and luxury lifestyle development. This role plays a critical part in ensuring lead quality, maintaining clear communication, and supporting a smooth handover to the sales team. Fluent English (C1 level) is mandatory, as the role involves daily communication with international clients.
Responsibilities
The Lead Qualifier will be responsible for receiving incoming leads from multiple marketing channels and contacting them promptly to conduct initial qualification via calls, messages, or email.
The role includes assessing lead quality based on predefined criteria such as budget, interest, timeline, location, and intent, and accurately documenting qualification outcomes in the CRM system.
The position requires daily work within a CRM environment, including updating lead statuses, comments, tasks, and follow-ups, ensuring clean and structured data, and maintaining a complete communication history.
The Lead Qualifier will also support ongoing improvements to CRM workflows and lead quality processes.
Strong client communication is essential. The role involves professional interaction with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools, building trust at the early stages of the customer journey, responding to basic project-related inquiries, and maintaining high standards of service and response time.
Close collaboration with the sales team is expected. This includes transferring qualified leads to sales managers with complete and structured information, providing feedback on lead quality and common objections, and supporting alignment between marketing and sales.
The Lead Qualifier is expected to follow established qualification scripts, workflows, and KPIs, contribute to daily and weekly reporting, and actively suggest improvements to qualification logic and communication flows.
Qualifications
Candidates must have fluent English at C1 level, both spoken and written, along with experience in lead qualification, sales support, or customer-facing communication roles.
A strong understanding of how CRM systems work is required, as well as confidence in phone, chat, and written communication.
The ability to work in a structured manner, follow processes, and manage multiple leads simultaneously is essential.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury projects, understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys, and knowledge of additional European languages are considered advantages.
