Position Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to support client’s IT solutions and digital marketing services by creating visually engaging, user-centered digital experiences. This role focuses on designing and improving websites, social media assets, and marketing-driven interfaces while collaborating closely with the marketing team

The designer will be responsible for translating business and marketing objectives into effective layouts, visuals, and interactive experiences. This includes developing website designs, social media content, and user experience artifacts such as wireframes and user flows. The role also requires staying current with web, UI/UX, and social media trends to ensure modern, high-performing design solutions.

In addition to creative execution, the position emphasizes teamwork, continuous learning, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a professional and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements.

• Create social media content, including graphics, videos, and animations.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest web design and social media trends, and incorporate them into designs.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.

• Continuously improve upon the design and user experience of the company website and social media platforms.
  

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience

• 2–4 years of experience in digital or product design

• Strong UI/UX design skills with experience in Figma or similar tools

• Solid understanding of responsive design and design systems

• Knowledge of front‑end concepts (HTML/CSS/JS)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  

Nice-To-Have

• Ability to work independently and liaise directly with clients

Gross Salary: PHP 22, 500

Allowance: PHP 7, 500

Work Device: Candidate own equipment

Work Setup: Fully Remote/WFH

Work Schedule: 5 days per week / 8 hours per day
