Position Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain intelligent automation solutions that support both internal operations and client-facing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of AI development, software engineering, and systems integration, with a strong focus on building reliable, secure, and scalable AI-powered workflows.

  The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing AI agents, automations, and integrations across cloud platforms and enterprise tools. You will play a key role in enabling AI-assisted decision-making, streamlining business processes, and ensuring all solutions align with governance, security, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities

  -AI & Automation Development

  -Design and build AI-powered agents, workflows, and automations (internal + client-facing)

  -Develop tools for:

  -Data processing and enrichment

  -AI-assisted decision-making

  -Workflow orchestration and task automation

  -Implement prompt engineering, model orchestration, and validation logic

  -Build guardrails to ensure AI outputs meet business, security, and compliance standards

  -Software Engineering

  -Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

  -Develop APIs, scripts, and services to integrate AI systems with:

  -CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot)

  -ITSM / PSA tools

  -Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)

  -Internal databases and dashboards

  -Maintain version control, testing, and deployment pipelines

  -Systems & Integration

  -Integrate AI solutions with existing systems (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Notion, etc.)

  -Build automation for user lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, governance)

  -Assist with cloud-native development and infrastructure automation where required

  -Governance & Quality

  -Ensure solutions align with:

  -Security best practices

  -Data privacy requirements

  -Internal naming, SKU, and process standards

  -Create technical documentation and handover guides

  -Continuously improve performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI systems
  

Qualifications
-Technical Skills

-Strong programming experience in Python (primary)

-Experience with AI/ML frameworks, APIs, or platforms (LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, etc.)

-API development and integration (REST, JSON, OAuth)

-Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)

-Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

-AI & Automation

-Experience building AI-driven workflows or agents

-Prompt engineering and structured output validation

-Understanding of automation platforms, scripts, and orchestration

-Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

-Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

-Infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform, scripts, automation)

-Knowledge of MSP, IT operations, or SaaS environments

-Experience integrating with CRM / PSA / ticketing systems

-Familiarity with security, identity, and access management concepts

-Exposure to DevOps or CI/CD pipelines
