Position Overview

• RecruitGo is looking for an experienced Web Developer with expertise in Webflow to design, build, and maintain modern, responsive websites. You will turn design concepts into clean, scalable Webflow builds, implement animations, manage CMS collections, and ensure optimal performance and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive websites using Webflow

• Convert design concepts, wireframes, or Figma layouts into Webflow pages

• Structure and manage Webflow CMS collections

• Maintain and update existing Webflow websites

• Implement responsive layouts across devices

• Apply clean class naming and scalable Webflow structure

• Implement Webflow animations and interactions

• Optimize websites for performance and SEO best practices

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical website issues

• Support smaller website updates and improvements for client projects
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience building websites using Webflow

• Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS

• Strong understanding of responsive web design

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Experience translating designs into clean Webflow builds

• Strong attention to detail and design consistency

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Portfolio with Webflow projects

Additional Required Skills

• Experience with Webflow animations and interactions

• Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization

• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Relume or similar Webflow component libraries

• Eye for good design and layout

• Ability to translate design ideas into structured Webflow builds

• Experience working in remote teams

• Motivation to learn new tools and technologies

Equipments required:

Candidate must have reliable laptop/ desktop (16gh RAM recommended) and stable high speed internet connection suitable for Webflow development work.

• Salary Range: 72000 to 77,000 Php

• Work Set-up: Work from Home

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6:00 PM (Manila Time) Flexible Coordination with CET time zone when needed.
