Position Overview

• We are looking for a Senior Design Engineer – Audio Visual to lead the technical design of integrated AV and technology solutions from pre-sales through project delivery. This role serves as the key technical representative working closely with clients, sales teams, and project managers while guiding engineering and drafting teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering and drafting teams to deliver high-quality technical documentation.

• Design and develop AV and integrated technology solutions during the pre-sales process.

• Conduct remote client meetings to gather technical requirements and present solutions.

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, tender submissions, and compliance documentation.

• Produce and review engineering documents such as system schematics, rack layouts, and installation plans.

• Support project teams during installation and commissioning phases.

• Ensure designs align with engineering standards and escalate complex solutions when required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AV engineering (pre-sales and post-sales design).

• Strong knowledge of integrated AV systems, structured cabling, and system architecture.

• Advanced experience with AutoCAD, CAD, and Visio.

• Experience leading engineering or drafting teams.

• Strong communication skills and experience working with clients remotely.

• Experience preparing technical proposals and large tender submissions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with unified communications (UC) environments.

• Strong documentation, version control, and project coordination skills.

• Commercial awareness in solution design and cost estimation.

Set-up: Work from home/Remote

Working schedule: 8:00 AM - 5PM Melbourne, GMT (M-F)

Salary: Php 65-70k/Monthly
