Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Support to assist the Logistics Manager in the day-to-day coordination of delivery operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics processes, including booking deliveries, liaising with logistics providers, and maintaining clear communication with customers regarding delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics Manager in processing logistics and delivery requests

• Arrange and book deliveries with logistics providers in a timely manner

• Communicate with logistics companies to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues

• Confirm delivery dates and timings with customers, ensuring clear and professional communication

• Monitor delivery progress and provide updates where necessary

• Accurately input and manage data within the ERP system

• Maintain organized records of shipments, bookings, and communications

• Assist in identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support is preferred

• Proficiency in using ERP systems or similar software

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable working with external vendors and customers

• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international logistics providers

• Familiarity with delivery scheduling and tracking processes
