Responsibilities
1. Compliant Operation & Maintenance
·Understand and comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), NGCP grid connection requirements, and station operation procedures.
·Participate in daily inspections and shift monitoring of the PV farm area, inverters, box-type transformers, booster stations, and transmission lines under guidance.
2. Equipment Operation Monitoring
·Assist in real-time monitoring of power generation data and equipment operating parameters; record power output, irradiance, equipment alarms, etc.
·Support the preparation of daily power generation reports, and submit daily/monthly operation reports to project management and the owner as required.
3. Operational Tasks
·Under supervision of a certified staff member or supervisor, assist in equipment start/stop, power regulation, grid connection, and switching operations.
·Learn and master the execution process for dispatch instructions.
4. Operation Records & Report Management
·Carefully complete operation logs, inspection records, fault logs, and key reports.
·Under the guidance of the production supervisor, participate in routine fault diagnosis and handling to ensure complete and traceable operation records.
5. Preventive Maintenance & Overhaul
·Participate in the development and execution of regular preventive maintenance plans.
·Coordinate in organizing overhaul tasks, and learn to maintain equipment in good operating condition.
6. Safety Management
·Strictly follow the station’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) regulations.
·Correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE), learn and follow electrical safety work procedures and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures.
Qualifications
1. Age & Health
·At least 20 years old, in good health, able to adapt to power station operation environment (no conditions that would prevent electrical work, e.g., severe fear of heights, color blindness, heart disease, etc.).
2. Education Background
·Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Automation, Photovoltaic Power Generation, Mechatronics, Energy & Power, or related fields.
3. Work Experience
·full-time work experience required. Priority given to candidates with Solar power station electrical working experience
·Strong interest in PV power station operation and maintenance, willing to learn and grow from basic positions.
4. Licenses & Certificates
·Priority given to those who have passed the Philippine Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) basic exam or are eligible to take the REE license
·TESDA electrician certificate (e.g., NC II/III) is a plus.
·Low-voltage certificate, high-voltage certificate, work-at-height certificate, or power operation certificate are a plus (if any).
5. Language Ability
·Good English reading and writing skills, able to read equipment technical manuals in English.
·Able to write daily/monthly operation reports in English as required, and willing to learn professional English expressions.
·Basic English communication skills (able to have simple conversations with owners or government agencies) is a plus.
·Tagalog speaker is a plus for easier coordination with local teams.
6. Professional Knowledge
·Have studied courses such as power systems, relay protection, electrical safety, etc. during university.
·Know or be willing to learn Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and NGCP grid connection requirements.
7. Other Priority Conditions
·Residing closer to the project site (Bugallon, Pangasinan) is a plus.
·Valid Philippine driver’s license and ability to drive are a plus.
8. Personal Attributes
·Meticulous and responsible, with strong safety awareness.
·Good team player, willing to receive technical training and hands-on guidance.
·Able to work shifts or non-regular hours (e.g., overtime for emergency repairs).

Salary: PHP 20,000 – 30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
