Position Overview
We are seeking a highly technical Network & Security Platform Lead specializing in Fortinet SD-WAN to lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise network and security platforms.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role suited for an experienced network engineer with strong Fortinet expertise, enterprise/MSP experience, data center exposure, and a proven track record of delivering and designing large-scale network projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and optimization of enterprise network and security solutions.
Serve as the technical lead for Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and related Fortinet platforms.
Design and implement secure, scalable SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, data center, and network security architectures.
Lead complex network transformation, migration, upgrade, and infrastructure deployment projects.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical escalation support for complex network and security issues.
Develop high-level and low-level network designs, technical documentation, implementation plans, and network diagrams.
Work closely with engineering, operations, and client teams to deliver projects within agreed technical and operational requirements.
Review existing network environments and recommend improvements to performance, security, resilience, and scalability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to network engineers and other technical teams.
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure solutions follow enterprise networking and security best practices.
Qualifications
7+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, network security, or infrastructure engineering.
Strong and demonstrable expertise in Fortinet SD-WAN and Fortinet security technologies.
Fortinet NSE 7-level expertise/certification strongly preferred.
Cisco CCNP-level knowledge or certification.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, including:
BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
VLANs, VPNs, routing and switching
SD-WAN technologies
Network security and firewalls
High availability and network redundancy
Experience with data center networking and infrastructure.
Proven experience working within an MSP and/or enterprise environment supporting multiple customers or large-scale infrastructure.
Demonstrable experience designing and delivering large, complex network projects from planning through implementation.
Strong experience producing network architecture, design documentation, and technical implementation plans.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with technical stakeholders and customers.
Preferred Experience:
FortiSASE, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, and FortiAuthenticator.
Experience with multi-site enterprise networks and hybrid infrastructure.
Experience leading network migrations, SD-WAN rollouts, data center projects, or major infrastructure transformations.
Experience supporting US-based or international enterprise customers.
Relevant Fortinet and Cisco certifications.
The ideal candidate is a senior-level network engineer and technical leader who remains highly hands-on. They should be able to independently design enterprise network architectures, lead major Fortinet SD-WAN deployments, troubleshoot complex environments, and demonstrate tangible evidence of successful large-scale project delivery.
This is a highly technical Platform Lead role, not primarily a people-management position.

Working Arrangement: 100% office-based in BGC, Taguig — this is not a hybrid role.
Shift: Two shifts will be provided for full US Central Time coverage: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ( Both shifts include a 1-hour unpaid lunch break).
Employees must be comfortable working US-based schedules and following the assigned shift.
