Position Overview

We are seeking a highly technical Cloud Infrastructure Lead to oversee the design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise infrastructure environments.

The role will specialize in Veeam, VMware, Windows Server, Linux, Hyper-V, automation, and storage technologies, with a strong focus on infrastructure operations, availability, resilience, backup, disaster recovery, and automation.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role suited for an experienced infrastructure engineer with strong enterprise/MSP experience and a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure platforms.

• Manage and support VMware and Hyper-V virtualization environments.

• Administer and maintain Windows Server and Linux-based infrastructure.

• Design, implement, and manage Veeam backup and disaster recovery solutions.

• Manage enterprise storage systems, capacity, performance, availability, and data protection.

• Develop and implement infrastructure automation and orchestration to improve operational efficiency.

• Lead infrastructure migrations, upgrades, deployments, and technology transformation projects.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical escalation for complex infrastructure issues.

• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and overall system health.

• Develop infrastructure architecture, technical designs, implementation plans, and documentation.

• Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, operational procedures, and best practices.

• Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and business continuity initiatives.

• Work closely with network, security, cloud, and application teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to infrastructure engineers and operations teams.

• Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
  

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or related roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualization technologies.

• Strong experience with Veeam Backup & Replication and enterprise backup/disaster recovery environments.

• Strong administration experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Hyper-V.

• Strong understanding of enterprise storage systems, including storage provisioning, capacity management, performance, and data protection.

• Experience with infrastructure automation, scripting, and DevOps practices.

• Strong understanding of virtualization, compute, storage, backup, and disaster recovery architectures.

• Experience working in enterprise and/or MSP environments.

• Demonstrable experience designing and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex infrastructure environments.

• Ability to produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational procedures.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a senior infrastructure engineer who combines deep technical expertise with technical leadership capability. They should be comfortable working hands-on across virtualization, servers, backup, storage, and automation while also taking ownership of complex infrastructure projects and technical solutions.

This is a highly technical Platform Lead role, not primarily a people-management position.

• Working Arrangement: 100% office-based in BGC, Taguig — this is not a hybrid role.

• Shift: Two shifts will be provided for full US Central Time coverage: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ( Both shifts include a 1-hour unpaid lunch break).
